Using the latest scientific molding process( Gate freezen off analysis, Filling balance analysis,etc.) our proffessinal molding engineer to analyze every step of the injection molding process to assist in debugging and qualifying the molds.

Molding Materials: We have experience in the following materials:  ABS,PC,PS,PP,PC/ABS,Acetal,Nylon,TPE (Rubber),PPO (Noryl) and some special material such as PEEK, Ultem.

Molding Colors:To meet the individual demand of each customer, we can provide different color for customer's option. The master batch is obtained from the professional color matching supplier with approval quality. Pantone and RAL colors are available on request.
